Blending is a great way to add veggies to your daily diet, and many of us do some combination of juicing and blending everyday. However, if you are doing a Reboot, you will have very different results if you blend instead of juice. While you’ll still have the benefits of all that fresh produce, you are still essentially “eating” and therefore will experience weight loss at a slower rate. The recipes on a juice-only Reboot are meant for a juicer so we do not advise using those for a blender as it will not result in the best outcome.
