We recommend following the 80/20 rule (i.e. 80% vegetable, 20% or less of fruit) when on a Reboot. All the recipes in The Reboot with Joe Juice Diet, Reboot with Joe Juice Diet Cookbook, and Reboot with Joe Plant-Based Recipes books follow this rule and can be used.
Many of the recipes in 101 Juice Recipes can be had during a Reboot. Just look for those designated as “Reboot-friendly” or “R” in the upper right corner.
