We recommend following the 80/20 rule (i.e. 80% vegetable, 20% or less of fruit) when on a Reboot. All the recipes in The Reboot with Joe Juice Diet and Reboot with Joe Juice Diet Cookbook follow this rule and can be used.
Many of the recipes in 101 Juice Recipes can be had during a Reboot. Just look for those designated as “Reboot-friendly” or “R” in the upper right corner.
